Return & Exchange Policy:
- Returns and exchanges on non-clearance, unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item. (In-store: 10 days from the purchase of the item. Online: 10 from the delivery of the item.)
- Returns are eligible for a full refund to original form of payment or store... but only within the 10 days.
- Any items discounted at 30% off or more are considered clearance and are NOT returnable or exchangeable in any way, they are final sale.
- An item can be denied for return or exchange for the following reasons: the order is over 10 days past...item appears worn, damaged, stained, etc... item is considered clearance... and any other reason the Kimmy's team deems necessary.
- Free Shipping on orders with sub-totals over $125
- $8 Flat-Rate Shipping on orders under $125
- Orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays-Fridays.
- ***Please note that if an order is placed after 2 PM CST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays... it will be 1-3 days before the order is processed, depending on which location the item is shipping out of.
- Kimmy's is willing to pay for one leg of shipment back to the Returns Center during the return/exchange process.
- Kimmy's is not responsible for lost or stolen items through all mail services. If an item is lost, we will however file an insurance claim or help track down the item (if possible).
Local Pick Up Orders:
- FREE Local Pick Up is available in our Waxahachie and Galveston stores IF the item is in fact stocked that location. You will be not able to select in-store pick up if the item is not available in your desired store, and thus you must pay shipping to your preferred address (or not if the order is over $125!).
- Local Pick Up orders will be held for 90 days only. If not retrieved within 90 days from when the order is placed, the order will be at risk to be restocked without refunds or exchanges.
