Return & Exchange Policy:
- We are happy to exchange your item for a difference size or item, offer you store credit, or offer you a full refund to the original form of payment within 10 days.
- The inanition of returns and exchanges on non-clearance, unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item.
In-store: 10 days from the purchase of the item.
Online: 10 days from the delivery of the item.
*** Any item discounted at 30% off or more is considered clearance and are NOT returnable or exchangeable in any way, they are final sale. (Includes birthday orders!)
Please note: An item can be denied for return or exchange if the order does not meet the requirements.
Example reasons include but are not limited to: the order is over 10 days passed the order window, item appears worn, damaged, stained, etc., item is considered clearance.

Shipped Orders:
- Free Shipping on orders with sub-totals over $125
- $7.95 Flat-Rate Shipping on orders with sub-totals (before tax!) under $125
- Orders are processed and shipped out on Mondays-Fridays.
- ***Please note that if an order is placed after 2 PM CST on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays... it will be 1-3 days before the order is processed, depending on which location the item is shipping out of.
- Kimmy's is not responsible for lost or stolen items through all mail services. If an item is lost, we will however file an insurance claim or help track down the item (if possible).

Local Pick Up Orders:
- FREE Local Pick Up is available in our Postoffice and Evia stores IF the item is in fact stocked that location. You will be not able to select in-store pick up if the item is not available in your desired store, and thus you must pay shipping to your preferred address (or not if the order is over $125!).
- Local Pick Up orders will be held for 90 days only. If not retrieved within 90 days from when the order is placed, the order will be at risk to be restocked without refunds or exchanges.
