The body of the dress is flowy and has multiple tiers. Each tier and ruffle on the dress has piping in array of different colors from the rainbow. This dress can be dressed up with a ballet flat or down with a casual sneaker. Fit is TTS and Kimmy is wearing a medium.

BEWARE: Kimmy's is a gateway boutique! Once your start shopping boutique you can't go back!! ?? Absolutely love this adorable boutique. Kimmy, the owner, is super nice. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Love their selection and that they have clothing for lots of sizes and not just a "skinny girl" boutique. Prices are about what they should be for a boutique.
