Our paint and play romper is perfect for summer! The print is fun and tropical and features a multitude of colors. The top of the romper is one shoulder and is completely smocked. (We love this for flexibility in fit for the chest!) Skirt of romper is flowy and has three tiers of ruffles. Romper fits TTS and hits mid thigh. Kimmy is wearing a medium.
